Sundried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil 190 g
A fanciful idea for an appetizer with a Mediterranean flavour, for an aperitif with friends or to enrich salads and bruschettas. This lively preserve is obtained throught the selection of the healthiest tomatoes, picked once they reach peak ripeness and slowly dried in the sun, later immersed in high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Try them to juice up a good plate of spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper.
Ingredients: sundried tomatoes 50%, extra virgin olive oil 47%, salt, wine vinegar, acidity corrector: lactic acid.
After opening keep between 0 and +4°C covered with extra virgin olive oil.
