Peck's dried tomato pulp in extra virgin olive oil, homogeneous and creamy, lends itself to countless uses. Tomatoes are picked once they reach the highest peak of ripening and slowly dried in the sun. They are enhanced with delicate herbs and then preserved in extra virgin olive oil. A simple but exquisitely tasteful idea, perfect to spice up toasted bread and different kinds of starters, but also to give an extra touch to an all-Italian aperitif.
Ingredients: 60% sundried tomatoes, 39% extra virgin olive oil, 1% salt.
After opening keep between 0 and +4°C covered with extra virgin olive oil.
