A recipe of the Piedmontese culinary tradition made with high-quality raw ingredients and a top-class processing. With their thin shape and delicate texture, Peck’s tagliolini are the ideal protagonist of vegetable soups. Bronze-drawing provides them withan excellent porosity, perfect to be enveloped by simple melted butter with a pinch of black truffle flavour.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, pasteurized EGGS 33%. Countru of wheat cultivation and milling: Italy. May contain traces of molluscs, soy and mustard.
