These delicious small Taggiasca olives are picked at the right degree of ripeness, so to fully appreciate their aroma and the pleasantness of the pulp. Preserved in brine, they are seasoned with herbs typical ofthe Ligurian Riviera, such as thyme, sage and rosemary. Perfect to enrich main courses based on meat or fish, they can be savoured on the occasion of Mediterranean aperitifs.
