PANETTONE AMARENA, LIMONE E MANDORLA 1 KG
Peck's pastry chefs created a refined recipe dedicated to the most exigent palates that resembles the "veneziana": it shows on the surface a rich and gluttonous glaze made of almonds and sugar prinkles.
The main ingredients of this dainty version are thecandied black cherries in syrup, lemon peel candied and almonds.
The result is a fragrant dessert with sweet and tart flavours at the same time which is characterized by rich dough of a great softness thanks to its 72-hour-long processing.

Panettone with black cherries, lemons and almonds 1 kg
Wheat flour (GLUTEN), sugar, candied black cherries 15,5% (black cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), Icing cover 10% (sugar, rehydrated EGG white, ALMOND flour, rice flour, sunflower oil, natural flavour, salt, cocoa powder), BUTTER, pasteurized EGG yolk, candied lemon peel cubes 6,5% (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural yeast (wheat flour (GLUTEN), water), ALMONDS 2%, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, wildflower honey, salt, whole MILK powder, natural lemon flavour with other natural flavours, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract. May contain SOY, LUPINS, MUSTARD and other NUTS. Without preservatives and colourings. MAY CONTAIN KERNELS.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, dust and heat sources. After opening, place the product in the closed original bag.
