Ditalini 500 g
The short pasta for soups and traditional recipes. Inspired by the homonymous sewing tool, Peck’s ditalini enhance the simplest recipes of the Italian culinary tradition, such as legume soups and seasonal pureed soups. Italian stone-ground durum wheat flour and mountain spring water are the only two ingredients used to prepare them. Bronze-drawing provides them with a perfect firmness in cooking. Try them with a delicious pureed soup of potatoes and leeks.
Ingredients: durum WHEAT semolina, water. Wheat cultivated and ground in Italy.
Store in a cool and dry place. Cooking time: 5 - 6 minutes.
