Only Italian tomatoes and exquisite bresaola from Valtellina for this sauce with an intense and unmistakable flavour. Peck’s bresaola ragout is the perfect alternative to the classic Bolognese sauce; its rich flavour and the thick, full-bodied texture make it ideal to dress a simple plate of pappardelle, especially if handmade.
Ingredients: tomato pulp* 65%, Bresaola della Valtellina 15% ( beef, salt, dextrose, natural flavourings, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), onions,Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG wine 10%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, pepper. * only italian tomatoes 100%. May contain traces of wheat flour, celery, fish and molluscs.
Store in a cool place. After opening store at +4°C and consume in 5 days.
