Raspberry extra jam 340 g
A strong, slightly acid flavour, perfect to counterbalance the sweetness of cakes and biscuits. Ideal for breakfast, but also to prepare sauces to dress side dishes and to accompany mousses and Bavaroises.
Ingredients: raspberries, sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectine. Fruit used: 70 g per 100 g of product. Total sugar: 47 g per 100 g of product.
Store in a cool place. After opening keep at +4°C and consume within 5 days.
