A gourmet version of the classical panettone, dedicated to the most refined palates. The soft dough, obtained through a traditional processing and a 72-hour-long leavening, is enriched by the use of top-quality ingredients: Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, refined dark chocolate drops and semi-candied pears. A tremendously fragrant Christmas cake which makes you want to savour it bite after bite.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (GLUTEN), 17% italian candied pears (49% pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), BUTTER, sugar, 10 % dark chocolate with 47% of cocoa min. (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), pasteurized EGG yolk, natural yeast [wheat flour (GLUTEN), water], wildflower honey, emulsifiers: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, whole MILK powder, natural flavours, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract. May contain MUSTARD, LUPINS and NUTS.
Naturally traditional leavened oven baked product, without raisins and candied citrus fruit. Without preservatives and colourings.
