Of a nice straw-yellow colour, sunflower honey reminds the perfumes of pollen attracting bees. Its delicate taste, not particularly invasive, allows it to be used as a sweetener without altering any flavour. Besides the most common uses, Peck's sunflowerhoney is recommended to enhance soups, vegetable purees and broths.
