Ingredients:

Panettone with pears and chocolate 800 gr
Ingredients: WHEAT flour type "00", EGG yolk, BUTTER, 10% Peruvian dark chocolate chips (minimum cocoa content: 60%; cocoa mass, sugar), 10% candied pear (pear 60%, sugar, glucose syrup), water, sourdough starter (contains GLUTEN), sugar, flavouring paste (Navel orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, orange zest, lemon zest, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pulp), UHT whole MILK, granulated skimmed MILK powder, salt, BARLEY malt flour. May contain SOY, SESAME, NUTS, MUSTARD.
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct exposure to light and sources of heat. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
