A soft and delicate dough, made with prime raw ingredients and in accordance with tradition; perfect to satisfy the most gluttonous palates, thaks to the ever-present dusting of icing sugar. The secret? The all-natural leavening and a careful baking, which ensures an incredibly soft dough and a unique tasting experience.
Ingredients:
Pandoro 1 kg
Wheat flour (GLUTEN), fresh EGGS, sugar, BUTTER, fresh pasteurised whole MILK, natural yeast (wheat flour (GLUTEN), water), fructose, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetable origin), cocoa butter, salt, flavours. Ingredients packet icing sugar (5%): sugar, wheat starch (GLUTEN), flavours. May contain MUSTARD, NUTS and SOY. Without preservatives and colourings.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, dust and heat sources. After opening, place the product in the closed original bag.
